How to verify a claim
- Identify the exact section or public procedure being described.
- Check the Irish Statute Book commencement table, not just the enacted Act.
- Look for a current gov.ie, Courts Service, Citizens Information or HSE operational page.
- Record the date checked and avoid turning a future statutory function into a present service claim.
- For a specific situation, obtain independent legal and medical advice.
